How to Order #
Follow the steps below to place your order. This process is designed to ensure accurate specifications, clear artwork approval, and timely production.
Step 1: Select Your Options #
Choose your required specifications, including print type, quantity per design, size, paper or material, coating or lamination, finishing, artwork setup, file upload method, and turnaround time.
Some custom specifications may route to a Request for Quote for production assessment.
Step 2: Select Your Quantity #
Select the quantity based on the number of different designs or versions you are ordering.
Leave the quantity at 1 if your order contains only one design.
Example:
If you are ordering the same product with two different artworks, select a quantity of 2.
Each quantity represents one complete set produced using a single design.
Step 3: Add to Cart & Checkout #
Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout to complete payment.
You may upload your artwork during checkout or submit files after placing the order by following the upload instructions provided in your order confirmation.
Production begins only after payment and artwork submission are complete.
Step 4: Artwork Proofing #
Our production team will review your submitted artwork and provide a digital proof for approval before printing begins.
Minor artwork adjustments may be made where required. Major design changes are not included.
Step 5: Production #
Once the proof is approved, your order will proceed to production according to the selected specifications and confirmed turnaround time.
Step 6: Delivery #
Completed orders are securely packed and delivered to the specified address within Singapore.
Split deliveries may be arranged where applicable.
