Table Tents

Table Tents are folded display cards designed to stand upright on tables, counters, or service areas. They are commonly used in restaurants, cafés, hotels, and retail environments to present menus, promotions, QR codes, or informational messages in a compact tabletop format.

This format creates a visible display without requiring additional holders or stands. The folded structure forms a triangular base that allows the card to remain upright on flat surfaces.

Table tent cards are frequently used for promotional messaging, seasonal offers, menu highlights, reservation information, and event announcements. Their placement directly on tables allows information to be presented within close view of customers.

Table Tents for Restaurant and Retail Displays

Table tents are widely used across hospitality and service industries where information needs to be visible at the point of interaction.

Restaurants and cafés often use table tents to display featured menu items, daily specials, or QR codes for digital menus. Hotels may use them to communicate service information, event schedules, or promotional offers.

Retail businesses and service providers may also use table tent displays at counters or waiting areas to highlight promotions, membership programmes, or new services.

The compact format allows important information to be displayed without occupying significant space on tables or counters.

Paper Types & Print Options

Table tents are typically printed on thicker paper stocks to ensure the structure remains stable when folded.

Common paper options include:

Art Card (300gsm – 350gsm)
Provides a sturdy structure suitable for most tabletop display uses.

Matt Art Card
Offers a smooth, non-reflective surface suitable for menu items or informational content.

Gloss Art Card
Enhances colour vibrancy and visual presentation for promotional designs.

Printing is typically available in:

Full Colour – Double Side (Standard)

Double-sided printing allows content to be visible from both directions depending on table placement.

Finishing Options

Several finishing options may be applied to table tent cards to enhance durability and appearance.

Common finishing options include:

Matt Lamination
Reduces glare and provides a smooth protective layer.

Gloss Lamination
Enhances colour vibrancy and adds surface protection.

Soft Touch Lamination
Creates a smooth matte surface with a refined tactile finish.

These finishes also help protect printed surfaces from minor wear during handling.

Premium Add-On Finishing Options

For specialised designs, additional finishing options may be applied to highlight certain elements.

Premium options may include:

Spot UV
Applies a glossy highlight over selected design areas such as logos or headings.

Hot Foil Stamping
Adds metallic foil accents for premium presentation.

Embossing or Debossing
Creates raised or recessed design elements for tactile emphasis.

Die-Cut Shapes

  • Restaurant menu highlights
