    Hot stamping applied on digitally printed artwork is subject to production tolerances and is not suitable for designs requiring high positional precision.

    Please observe the following restrictions:

    • Hot stamping cannot be guaranteed to align precisely with printed logos, outlines, or borders.

    • Designs that include thin frames, edge borders, or tight outlines are not recommended.

    • Hot stamping positioned close to trim edges may shift and is not advised.

    • Hot stamping bleed is not supported on digitally printed sheets.

    • Fine patterns, small text, intricate line work, or detailed textures may not reproduce cleanly.

    • Minor movement between the printed layer and stamping layer is considered normal and within acceptable tolerance.

    For artwork requiring exact registration, border-to-edge stamping, or intricate foil detail, please submit a Request for Quote for offset production or alternative finishing methods.

    Artwork submitted for digital hot stamping must allow sufficient clear margins and avoid critical alignment-dependent elements.
