    Spot UV coating is applied as a raised gloss layer over selected areas and is subject to production tolerances.

    Please observe the following requirements:

    • Spot UV bleed is not supported and should remain within trim margins.

    • Fine graphics, thin lines, small text, and intricate patterns may not reproduce cleanly.

    • Tight outlines, borders, or micro details are not recommended.

    • Placement very close to trim edges may result in variation.

    • Exact alignment between printed artwork and Spot UV areas cannot be guaranteed and is within normal production tolerance.

    Artwork files must clearly define Spot UV areas using a separate vector layer or spot colour reference, with sufficient clearance from trim edges.

    For projects requiring edge-to-edge coating, very fine detailing, or complex registration, offset production or alternative finishing methods may be required and should be submitted for quotation.

    Certain Spot UV requirements — including high quantities, custom die-cut shapes, combined hot stamping, or tight positional tolerances — are not supported through standard online ordering.
